Southwest Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Boneless Chicken Wings from Paradise Kitchens
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the Boneless Chicken Wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and fully cooked.
    • Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
  1. Assemble the Wrap:
    • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
    • Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
    • Lay a tortilla flat and layer it with chopped Romaine lettuce, black beans, corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
    • Add the sliced chicken and avocado on top.
    • Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap and cut it in half.
    • Serve with lime wedges on the side, if desired.
