Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Boneless Chicken Wings from Paradise Kitchens
  • Mixed greens (Romaine, spinach, arugula)
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the Boneless Chicken Wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and fully cooked.
    • Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
  2. Prepare the Salad:
    • While the chicken is cooking, arrange the mixed greens on a large plate or in a bowl.
    • Add cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, bacon, and blue cheese on top of the greens.
    • Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the salad.
    • Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.
