Caesar Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Boneless Chicken Wings from Paradise Kitchens
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Croutons
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place the Boneless Chicken Wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and fully cooked.
    • Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
  2. Prepare the Salad:
    • While the chicken is cooking, toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
    • Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
    • Top the salad with the sliced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
    • Serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.
