Chicken Tenders Chef Salad
With Paradise Kitchens Breaded Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb. bag of Paradise Kitchens Breaded Chicken Strips
- 6 cups mixed salad greens (such as lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
For The Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Place the chicken tenders in your air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry the chicken for 9-15 minutes. You are looking for a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, toss mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and any optional ingredients you desire such as red onions, cucumbers, or bell peppers.
- Once the chicken tenders are cooked through, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Slice the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces and add to the salad.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional cheese, or freshly ground black pepper if desired.
