Breaded Chicken Dinner with Mini Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb. bag of Paradise Kitchens Breaded Chicken Filets
- 1 lb. mini potatoes, washed and halved
- 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the halved mini potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly.
- Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Place the chicken filets in your air fryer basket in an even layer. Air fry the chicken for 9-15 minutes. You are looking for a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the potatoes are baking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the trimmed green beans to the boiling water and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they are crisp-tender.
- Drain the green beans and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- Once everything is cooked, divide the roasted mini potatoes, green beans, and breaded chicken filets among serving plates.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
