Southwest Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:
- 1 package Boneless Chicken Wings from Paradise Kitchens
- Large flour tortillas
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Black beans, rinsed and drained
- Corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salsa
- Sour cream
- Avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the Boneless Chicken Wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and fully cooked.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Assemble the Wrap:
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer it with chopped Romaine lettuce, black beans, corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
- Add the sliced chicken and avocado on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap and cut it in half.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side, if desired.
