Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 package Boneless Chicken Wings from Paradise Kitchens
- Mixed greens (Romaine, spinach, arugula)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Blue cheese, crumbled
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the Boneless Chicken Wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and fully cooked.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Prepare the Salad:
- While the chicken is cooking, arrange the mixed greens on a large plate or in a bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, bacon, and blue cheese on top of the greens.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces and place on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing before serving.
